They suffered a huge scare earlier this year when their little boy poured hot water over himself.
Michael Bublé and his wife Luisana Lopilato put the stress of the last few months behind them as they stepped out with two-year-old son Noah, in Los Angeles on Friday.
The family were all smiles, as they hit the shops at The Grove in West Hollywood - with blonde Noah sporting his bandaged arm as he hung out in his stroller.
The crooner - who turns 40 next week - seemed caught up on a phone call, as he walked with his pregnant wife.
The Hollywood singer donned a distinctive grey striped baseball jacket over a black-t-shirt.
He kept it casual in battered blue denim jeans and black baseball boots as they were also joined by his mother Amber Santaga and grandfather Mitch Santaga.
The couple - who married in 2011 - confirmed in July that they are expecting a second child and Argentinian actress Luisana looked radiant as she joined the Canadian-born star.
The 28-year-old blonde beauty still fits in her skinny jeans, which she teamed with a pastel-hued vest top and cardigan.
Last month she relived the horror of their ordeal when Noah was hospitalised for serious burns in June.
Luisana explained to Luz magazine in Argentina that she had to regularly dress his wounds after he sustained six per cent burns in the accident.
'I have to dress his wounds and he suffers because it hurts and he complains', she told them, 'I often ask myself why this happened,' she continued. 'But it was inevitable. He climbed onto the kitchen work-top in a second and threw hot water over himself.'
She told the publication: ''At one point the doctors told me they'd have to do skin grafts but thank God it started healing little by little. For a long time he has to use elastic bands pressed tight so he's not left with scars.'
In the aftermath of the incident, the Everything singer tweeted fans to thank them for their concern last month and confirm: 'I'm happy to report that he is home, happy and healthy.'
The four-time Grammy winner and his wife announced last month they are expecting their second child in a video posted on Michael's Facebook page.
The clip featured a soundtrack of Britney Spears' song Oops I Did It Again and showed Noah pointing to his mother's stomach and saying 'baby' after Michael asks him, 'Who's in there?'
The To Be Loved belter - who prefers performing jazz standards - is currently recording his ninth studio album.
Luisana recently scored her first role in an American film - the 2016 real estate comedy Fair Market Value - in which she plays Kendall Soto.
