Meanwhile his wife wore her hair down in loose curls and covered up her burgeoning bump with a silk mint green top.
She also wore a pale turquoise necklace and leather jacket.
The blonde finished her look with a pair of washed out blue jeans featuring rips at the knee and boots.
Michael protectively held his wife's hand as they left keeping a close eye on her.
Luisana is expecting her second child with the singer.
The pair already have a two-year-old son, Noah.
They were accompanied by Luisana's sister Daniela Lopilato, for their dinner date, who could be seen walking out behind the pair.
The couple watched her perform in the play Paraisos Artificiales a few weeks ago and both seemed to like what they saw as they cheered her on.
Her risque stage getup included see-through lingerie and she smoked a cigarette for her part in the small production.
The actress also kissed her female co-star while on stage.
The couple was considerably covered up compared to the lacey lingerie Daniela donned for most of her performance, nearly exposing her entire rear to her brother-in-law.
She is a renowned nutritionist who was able to discover another passion in acting during her free time.
The 36-year-old starred in the sexy graphic theatre production whose title translates to 'Artificial Paradises.'
The show which also stars Danu Flores is set in the 1970s and tells the story of two women related to the same man, Roberto.
